I am very disappointed, I received a message saying that I qualify for a payment break and that I had to come into the branch before 23/05/2013. When I did so, I was informed that someone will call me to discuss the terms with me, and afterwards I should go to the branch again to get the process finalized.

However, up to date I have not received any call from them, and nor has anything furthermore happened. I still paid my instalment as always. Seems like African Bank just wants to waste their clients time to take time off work to sit in a line for no reason at all.
