African Bank
I qualify for a break on a loan I don't have

I just received a SMS stating "Congratulations! You qualify to choose a break on your existing African Bank Loan. Visit your nearest branch before 20130423. Terms Apply."

Since I have never applied for any services from African Bank, they are either:
1) spamming me with incorrect information, or
2) someone has applied for a loan and used my cell phone number, or
3) they have incorrectly entered my cell phone number against one of their customer's account details.

How concerned should I be?
