Not updating payment information correctly

I opened a credit card with African bank in July and my first installment was meant to go off on the 26/07/2013. Before my first installment I changed my banks with this being said my next salary was going to be paid into my new banking account before my first installment. I then went into the African bank branch to update my new banking details, but they said that I need a bank statement first to reflect my salary, so which now means that I would have to transfer money into my old banking account for the month of July (which I did). I then went into the African Bank branch in the Promenade mall on the 16/08/2013 with my bank statement which reflected my salary to update my banking details. They then sent the info to their head office which they said will be updated by the 26/08/2013 which will be in time for my next debit date. I then received a notification on the 06/09/2013 late afternoon that no payment was received for my second installment. I then went to go pay it on the 09/09/2013, but all the suppliers that accepts African bank payments were off line. I then went to African bank branch on the 10/09/2013 to make the payment. Now they have listed me as a bad payer for August
