Debt Review Enquiry

I was under debt review for the past 3 years. For the past two years my Blue Bean Credit Card has not shown on my Transunion report, my Debt Counselor suggested that Blue Bean might have written off the amount.
When I requested my latest Credit Report my BB account was shown as active. I have tried to contact their Debt Review department and have sent several emails trying to find out how to resolve this as easily as possible, but I haven't received any form of feedback. If the account is active and the money has not been written off then i would be more that happy to start paying off the account. Please just contact me!!!
