Monthly installments

I was involved in an accident on 17 March 2013. My vehicle was subsequently written off. My insurance company has sent a request to MFC for the original registration papers of the vehicle so that they can settle the claim. My insurance still havent recieved the papers so my monthly premuim has again gone off. I have to pay premuims because MFC are dragging their feet. They told me until the insurance company settles the claim I will be responsible for the installments, yet the reason the insurance cant settle is because MFC is not supplying the papers required to settle...
