MFC not supplying documents after settlement

MFC couriered our vehicle's settlement document to us in Cape Town. However none of the other documents such as the vehicles 1) registration papers 2) change of ownership (NCO) & 3) Proxy was included.

The vehicle has now been in an accident and was written off by our insurance. Our insurance now requires all the originals of the above documents ie:

1) Registration papers - green document
2) Change of ownership (NCO) - yellow document
3) Proxy's ID copy that goes with (2) above.

We have made content with your call centre and according to them it's going to take days to get these documents to us. Why wasn't everything couriered to us in the first place.

Our insurance can now not do a thing without these documents.

We expect these documents to be couriered to us within 24hrs and that the ownership will be in our name and not yours.

Could someone please attend to this with the utmost urgency.
