NATIS DOCUMENT

We have been trying since 18 Oct to get the registration papers of our car, that was written off from MFC, the outstanding amount was paid to them on the 18th Oct. the Insurance company BROLINK need this to settle the claim, everytime it's a different turnaround time, and I don't get any respons, and in the meantime we are without a car. MFC does not feel a thing, I am no fed up. You will see that I contacted a lot of persons, but NO ONE respons in sending the NATIS DOCUMENTS to me or to the Insurance company.
