Pathetic service

I was involved in an accident on 17th of march and my vehicle was subsequently written of. The company has to this day not settled my account with MFC and therefore I am still held liable for my monthly premuims. Because of this pathetic service I am losing thousands of rands each month. They claim "Virgin Insurance... Insurance like it should be". Well perhaps in the year 1600
