I requested my vehicle papers more than 4 weeks ago and to date I haven't received any assistance. I am taken from pillar to post and am really annoyed. Very very annoyed. My car is now involved in an accident. I need them to claim. I need them today. Its December time I shouldn't be worried about petty things that could have been avoided.
