BAD SERVICE, LACK OF INTEREST FOR THE JOB

On the 29 April 2013 I went to Nedbank Pretoria (Church&Andries) to withdraw money from my Access Bond&was told by Goitsemang (Enquiries) that I can withdraw the amount of R4400.29 from my Home Loan. I send my application& she indicated that it will take two to four days to get the money& if its not processed and she will phone me sign again because of the interest. I was surprised because the last time I was assisted by Shawen the Consultant who gave me excellent service, he guaranteed 24 hours but I got the money the following day. Goitsemang told me that since they are not busy they will process the money seing that I know that it doesnt take long. I did not receive the money by the 02 May 2013& I contacted their call center& I was told to contact the bank where I completed my application. To my surprise the application was not send to be processed on the 29 May 2013 . Goitsemang phoned& told me that the money is being taken by an interest I an only get R2600. I went to the bank on 02 May 2013&signed at 15: 25& she told me that I will get the money on 03 May 2013 & she said because it takes 24 hours and I asked myself that maybe Im getting punished for what I really dont know
