On 18 Nov. 2013 my husband tried to withdraw R2000 from a FNB atm but unfortunately got a slip with the message that their is an error with our bank (Nedbank). On 19 Nov. 2013 we went to Nedbank Waterfall Mall, Rustenburg, to log a Saswitch query and was told that matter will be resolved within 8 working days. In the meantime we went to Cape Town and still no refunds were made and thus the queries made again at Tableview and Canalwalk. Was told via telephone that the money will be replaced over the passing weekend, but till today nothing... again contacted Nicole, without receiving her call back, drove to the Waterfall Mall Nedbank to just hear another excuse.
We are very disgusted because the promised call backs from these people and the branch manager's lack of knowledge how to handle this type of matter is something to be concerned about.
Nedbank took it upon themselves through their staff to get me my money back, thus far it costs us money in calls, travelling to the 3 branches and loss of interest on this money in my account. Which we feel should also be added to the total owed to me.
