BAD SERVICE AFTER THE OTHER

I was offered a credit card and a loan by African bank over the phone of which they told me to go the the branch with documents of which l did and l was told that l will get a call within 4hrs to come and sign the contract and get the card but on my surprise nobody called me for the following 4 days until l layed a complain with their head office thus when l was called by the branch. On my arrival on the 24.12.2013 at 2.30 pm l was given a contract and a credit card. We did activate the pin of the card and l was told that the money will be available on the credit in 48hrs same applies to the loan.l repeatedly asked the consultant is everything ok and are you sure that l will get the money in 48hrs and she guranteed me. Surprise! surprise! after 48hrs l receive a call saying the application has expired need to come and to do other application. What is this really? Why must the bank give me credit card and activate the pin, make me sign the contract and tell me that the money will be available in 48hrs when there's nothing like that? Everytime l take time off to go the bank lm loosing money at work. lam asking African bank to put up its acts as a financial service provider.
