Hi. My car was involved in an accident with one of your clients on the 17 January 2013 and your client admitted to being wrong and affidavit was done and handed all the necessary documents to the outsurance department. Tshepo from legal department called me to go and do the assessment beginning of march and that was done and told me i will get feedback from him after 6 weeks, that did not happen as i had to constantly call him. Then he told me he couldn't get hold of his client that hit my car for her to approve the 3rd party claim, which i found very strange cos after i had spoken to him i immediately called the lady and was able to talk to her, then i had to call him to call her. Then he told me he will e-mail me an offer the 29 april 2013 and he hasnt done that. which is not suprising cos he has never called me back for feedback. i called him again today being the 2 may and he said he will call me bac. so basically im very irrirated because his been dishonest and delaying my claim for 3months now. have been very patient until now. if he is unable to help me, i would like to be assisted by someone who is willing to keep their promises and actually do what they get paid for.
