I was involved in an accident in January 2013, my car was stationed at the parking lot WHEN THE ACCIDENT HAPPENDED. I was not at fault in this instance, and the person responsible was very remorseful and helpful with giving me his details to process my claim.. Little did I know that was in for the worst service ever? I called his Insurance Company and spoke to Tshepo who has never been helpful and thinks that he is doing me a favour with this claim and if I don't like it, I can seek legal advice as their only priority is their client that has a policy. I have sent him all the documents required for the claim on the 14th June 2013 and to date no pay-out has been made and I was advised that I would receive my pay out in 15 working days. I never receive feedback whatsoever and when I do follow up, I am given the run around and appalling service to say the least. My experience with OUTSURANCE has left a bitter taste in my mouth and I will never recommend it to anyone that wants Insurance. If they can do this on a 3rd party claim imagine what they doing to their existing clients.
