PROBLEM NOT SORTED AFTER NEARLY 4 MONTHS

On 16 January 2013, I requested assistance with two problems - my Absa Rewards & an offer relating to credit card purchases on budget at I-store. Same day received a reply, with reference EC11967602.
On 21 January 2013 I enquired about the delay and got an apology: Absa was experiencing high e-mail volumes.
On 29 January 2013, I again enquired and got another apology.
On 16 February 2013, I again enquired about the delay.
On 26 February 2013, got another apology and ABSA asked whether I still required assistance.
On 27 February 2013 I confirmed that my problems had not been solved. Same day received an e-mail relating to one problem (rewards): Enquiry to Absa Rewards for assistance.
On 4 March 2013 got an explanation from Absa Rewards, with some detail and a promise to find out what level I was on.
TO THIS DATE, I have not received information of my Rewards Level AND my problem with interest on an I-Store purchase I made in December has not been addressed. At the time of this purchase, it was advertised that no interest would be charged on credit card purchases made at I-Store, specifically stating that the offer would expire on 29 April 2013.
