Absa does not pay all rewards due to custome

Since seeing all the posters that I would get 15% cash back rewards on all purchases made at Pick n Pay, naturally made the switch and started doing all my shopping at PnP stores thinking that when month end comes I will at least get something back. To my surprise I received NO rewards from all my PnP purchases which was just shy of R5000 just for January. I received rewards on all my Sasol purchases and the usual 1% on all other purchases but nothing on PnP purchases. When I tried calling the call centre the voice prompt says it is sending me through to an operator or consultant but then it automatically disconnects the call, I also sent an email just to get an auto reply. If this is the ABSA is rewarding its customers of over a decade then I think I need to start looking for a new bank.
