Agent Monique from outsurance JHB was dealing with my claim, after submitting all my information and sketches of the accident to an assessor including the agent, they once again called for the same details which I did not hesitate to include google maps this time so that she has more information for the case that was opened. A week after receiving a call from her telling me, that there are "no robots on the road" apparently she has old pictures of the road. I still notified her that there are robots and the road is newly developed. question is must I get her job done? to get her new pictures, this was very disappointing there after she called and notified me they will not be going on to fight the case because I could of swerved the car in a different direction to avoid the accident. MUST I GO THE ON COMING LANE??? what a lame excuse from this agent for not going on with the case!!! very disappointing service.
