Still no refund after confirmation on 15 April 201

I was one of the 'lucky buyers' of a Sara Spa voucher in Dec last year. My appointment was made for mid April and just before the day arrived I wanted to double check their address and my appointment. I 'Googled' the name in search of a website and came across all the complaints on helopeter. This was the first I heard about any problem. Groupon had apparently given refunds to everyone but managed to leave me out of that process. I contacted them straight after and was assured that I will be refunded.

I discovered a few days later that I was refunded in 'groupon credits' which was NOT what I asked for! I have sent numerous emails and phoned even more than that but all I've managed so far is to receive an email on 15 April stating that I will be refunded into my bank account within 3-5working days.

Surprise, surprise! They have removed the credits from my groupon account but to this day there has been no actual refund! Its now almost a month later!

The last time I phoned, I asked for proof of payment and I received something made in MS Word!! Anyone can type up a fake 'proof' of payment!

The service is pathetic!
