Astral group offered me a VIP card in the beginning of January 2013. With this card I can get up to 23% cash back on certain purchases. A great deal indeed. They Informed me that I must make sure that the amount of R199 must be in my bank account at the end of January 2013 to be debited for the card after when the card will be posted to me. Since then and a debit order for R199 in January 2013 and subsequent debit orders of R99/month I have not received the card yet on 29 April 2013! When I telephonically do enquiries since February 2013 when I will receive my card their rep initially explain it will take 24 to 48 days to issue the card and today their rep blamed the Post Office that my card has not been delivered! So, after R496 I have no card yet!
