False advertising!

My biggest mistake I've ever made, happened on 20/03/2013 when I bought and online shopping deal from Groupon. If only I could turn back time... Since that they my life was trying to get info from Groupon regarding 1st of all, proof that the deal was bought since I paid but never received any conformation or further info. After them struggling for about 2 weeks just finding my deal that I bough I've been advised and I quote "Allow up to four weeks for delivery" - Shouneez Williams. Well the 23 came and go, no contact from anyone... I starting sending emails again and was informed on the 25th: "I've gone to speak to the logistics and have been promised a response in a few minutes... let's see" - Andrea Britt... Well the few minutes turned into 4 days and counting! WTH is going on at GROUPON? And please do not even try to phone the callcentre... there's ALWAYS between 18-19 calls before you and then the call drop when it gets to 10!! PLEASE DONT EVER USE GROUPON - WARN EVERYONE YOU KNOW|!
