To whom it may concern

I signed up for the Astral Group Rewards scheme and have to this date not received any of the rewards cards. I then had 3 debit orders going off my account at R99 each which coincidentally is just below the limit for an SMS notification. I therefore kept forgetting to cancel the subscription. On the 02 September 2013 I cancelled all subscriptions in writing only to have another debit on my account on the 16 October 2013. This is contrary to what was stated to me via telephone and in any case is nowhere near the 25th which should be my nominated debit order date. I have made contact with my bank in order to reverse the payment and have been unsuccessful in reaching the Astral Group via telephone. I would appreciate a swift response to this post as I would like to conclude all dealings with this organization.
