I purchased a groupon and redeemed on the system and and before it was delivered i requested a refund, when sending the email I included the supplier to let both parties know I am no longer interested in those items, I called the carrier to find out about the where about of the parcel and was told it has been sent back to the sender, I forwarded the response to groupon but didn't get the feedback, I called them several times to find out why aren't they refunding me, every person I will speak to will promise to escalate the request but nothing happens. The last person a spoke to was Loyiso, who told me the refund has already been prepared and he does not know why they are not releasing it, he also promise that he will definitely call but that never happened. Groupons tactics are worrying and frustrating, I just need my refund and they have all necessary documentation with them, and also I hate the fact that ever time you call, you speak to another person whom u have to start by narrating your story, I don't think I will ever use their services again, they have to deal with their listed service providers and stop frustrating consumers.
