No delivery or feedback on purchase?

I purchased an iPig off the Groupon website in December last year hoping it would be delivered by christmas. To make sure I contacted Groupon to enquire as to when the estimate delivery would take place and they confirmed with me that it would be the second last/ last week in January at the latest. It is now the 8th February and still nothing. Now when I try contact them I get NO reply. It is a VERY frustrating situation as I bought this as a christmas gift and still havent received it. Its almost the persons birthday already!
I live in Jhb and was having it delivered to a family member in C.t that I will be visiting next weekend and was hoping to pick it up from them then.
I just wish someone would get hold of me as my bank account reflects I paid for this product, yet I have nothing to show for it.
