From the 11th of December 2012 I have been trying to get a refund, but up to today I have nothing.

I copied and pasted what Stacey has said when replying to the 1st email I sent, and I have been following up on this issue but I'm not getting any help.
The groupon is for IIIyria House, one hour hot stone massage with a glass of Gluhwein and use of the sauna for two people.
