False promises

I bought music lessons from Groupon, booked the lessons. When we pitched for the lessons the school did not even exist. Groupon was very helpfull in promising to refund my money, BUT what they do not tell you is that they will refund the money into your groupon account and not into your bank account. I am very upset about this, as you are selling a false service and then still make false promises. I would like my cash back as I will never make use of Groupon again... I phoned this morning to request my money instead of the account credit they did, BUT they were not even willing to listen to my account without my address. I moved a lot the past few months and was not sure of the address. I asket Genaide (call centre agent) to give me the area registered with them, then I will complete the address. Surely that would be adequate as I have already answered other security questions successfully. So now I will put my request on Hello peter as you do not reply on my emails and your helpline refuse to assist me without my address. I want my cash back please. This was a gift and now I need to take the money to buy another gift as you sold me something that did not even exist...
