No Refund after 3 weeks

I initially paid the money into the wrong account, but immediately informed them of it. After enquiring with the supplier, it turned out that the product wouldnt suit my needs and I promptly requested a refund on 27 March 2013. Between then and 4 April 2013, I had no feedback or someone asking me for banking details, so I sent an email on the 4th.By the 8th, someone asked for banking details which was provided by the 9th. Today is the 22nd of April 2013 - 5 days shy of the 1 month mark when this query was initiated!!!

I'm disgusted at the service I'm receiving from Groupon and that it takes so long to complete a refund. I'm now considering asking for interest on the money they owe me cos they are earning interest off it as long as it's in their account.

Shocking service and even worse workflow - generates multiple reference numbers that cannot be followed up.
