Supplier closed down - Still awaiting refund

I purchased a voucher in April on one of the Spa offerings. When phoning to make and appointment I was advised that the only day available would be on the 23rd of September, which was already a schlep seeing that it was months in advance. When phoning to confirm the appointment the message on the other side was that the number no longer exists.

After phoning Groupon they provided another nr, and they informed me that the business closed down. It has now been a week and I am still waiting for my money to be refunded to my account. Emails are sent up and down asking me to run around and provide them with details for which I do not have the time. I sent you the voucher that I received from you as well as my banking details! Just give my money back please! You've been earning interest on it since April and failed to inform me that the Provider closed down in the mean time? Should I approach the Ombud to get this sorted? Social media? Awaiting urgent feedback.
