WAITING FOR REFUND SINCE 06/02/2013!!!

To whom it may concern:
This is the 2nd time I have to complain about the exact same query I had previously (21 Jan 2013)! l. I bought a product from Groupon which I was very unhappy about the price I paid for the quality of product I received (and I still think the offer was a, as you can buy the same product elsewhere on the internet for R100 or less). I have requested a refund and only received a response from them after I've complained on Hellopeter. Someone eventually came to pick up the product (without the refund!!!) around the 6/02/2013... then I waited for a refund but nothing happened... what a suprise!! I e-mailed them again and eventually a guy by the name of Kyle replied asking for my banking details etc. I gave it to them on the 18/03/2013 and again after that nothing happened. I emailed them AGAIN on the 10/04/2013 asking them why it's taking so long and a guy named Waseem replies saying: "Kindly provide the name of the deal that you would like a refund for"...!! Are you kidding me?! I sent you a reference number, why do I have to repeat the whole process over again?? Can someone with half a brain please assist me and tell me what's happening with my refund?
