Congratulations the George's on 4th Groupon limited offer, is no longer redeemable. Okay... WHERE IS MY REFUND?

Two deals, two voided contracts, NO REFUNDS?

What is the purpose of having a Groupon Customer Services Dept. that can't rectify problems. Close this department and divert the budget to the accounts department to process REFUNDS. "
