Horrible handling of a complaint

Having recommended this company to a client, the client placed an order which went wrong. The problem came in though in the manner in which the complaint was handled and I ended up receiving a voicemail, intended for my client, in which Mr Du Toit threatened to sue my client about comments made on a private Facebook page - I'm deeply offended by this behavious
