I am very disappointed with the 4 pillow's I bought December 2012. (R 800.00)

None of the benefits are true! It is NOT memory foam it is all chip foam.
What a RIPOFF. (Empty Promises) Where is the memory foam?? The pillow's are uncomfortable!!!
