Groupon advertisement is a lie

I ordered a memory foam pillow from Groupon, the suppliers were orthopedic pillow and mattress.
when the pillows were delivered it was NOT memory foam it was all chip foam.
What a RIPOFF.
I have emailed Shoneez who i have been dealing with since i purchased the voucher from groupon
yet i have not received any feedback since emailing her on the 16.01.2013.
Groupon are they advertise one product and deliver a cheaper product to you.
