GROUPON SA - POOR SERVICE

On 04/02/2013 I purchased an item from Groupon SA (groupon 0010226818). It was mentioned to allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. 10 weeks later and I'm still waiting. On 11/03 I spoke to a call centre agent who informed me that it will be delivered before 25/03.
On 05/04, I then logged and query on their website and received confirmation of receipt. (SOS #734223) A link was provided to track the progress of my request. It's however not working, and no email or call from Groupon SA. On 12/04 I phoned the call centre again and spoke to Lushane. She couldn't get an answer from the Products department, and she promised to phone me back on 15/04.
I'm fed-up with the poor service, and have spent too much time and money in the process
