FAILURE TO RESPOND AGAIN

I purchased 2 android tablets in december and received in January, within 3 months the one charger does not work at all and its screen has 2 permanent verical white line. They cost about R2000.00 each, i have complained and ask more than once to no avail . i even got an email to address how satisfied i was to the service i received and still NOTHING done
Nobody answers the phones and if they do its not cleared or gets cutt off, very very very poor customer service for a company whose core bussiness is online sales, surely this can be dealt with by the consumer council, we need a watchdog for these companys that do online sales

when i go online to check my query it is removed from the system on the reference number given
