No reund from groupon

On the 05/02/2013 i puchased 6 vouchers for river rafting through groupon and did an eft for R960, as to date i have sent numerous emails and made calls to them to get my refund as they did not issue the vouchers. i have copies all all the emails and keep forwarding the same emails to them and am getting no where! they have asked for proof of payment which was sent, then for my banking details, which was sent and still nothing! even after i said that i am taking this issue further they have still not refunded me!
