Promises Promises Promises

I bought 2 Groupons for a product. These have not yet been used or expired but my Groupon profile reflected that these had been used. I contacted Groupon first throught their webiste. After not receiving any decent response I phoned. Worse service ever!!! I am still waiting for a manger named Kelly Paulus to phone me back after she promised to phone back on Thursday last week!!! I do not think I will use Groupon again.
