Groupon - Accept money and nothing in Return

On 14 November 2013 I purchased five discounted one night stays for 2 people from Groupon.
This was 5 X R1050 = R5250 . To make it even worse it was for 10 pensioners who needed the "special" price.
No vouchers arrived!
The EFTs were acknowledged by Groupon and since then after 5 phone calls and numerous emails wherein I was promised money returned/credit on my account/vouchers I have received NOTHING.
As far as I am concerned Groupon has my R5250!
