I have sent over 5 emails requesting refunds for two Groupon vouchers which I no longer needed. After receiving numerous automated responses I finally received an email from an actual person asking me to detail the vouchers I needed refunded. I sent the details and have again been left in the dark. Emails are ignored and nobody deals with the actual problem. Very disappointing, from a loyal customer.
