Damaged goods returned and no replacement received

I purchased a Corioliss C3 from Groupon on the 15/08/2013. The hair straightener was defective and was returned on the 02/09/2013. I was told that I would receive a replacement in two weeks, it has now been four weeks and I am no closer to receiving a replacement. I have to continuously call Groupon and no one is able to tell me anything. I sent an email to Lushane on the 30/09/2013 requesting details of a manager that I could speak to, to which I have had no response!! I was told by another consultant (Yusuf) on the 02/09/2013 that my request had been escalated. I also received an email from Lushane stating that she was unable to get any feedback from the supplier. I cannot get any useful information out of Groupon and their after sales service is absolutely disgusting to say the least!!! I have been waiting for a month for a replacement that I was told would take 2 weeks.
