Shocking service from groupon Staff!

Called last week and a series events occured. not prepared to repeat my story. Groupon is has not bothered to inform me that a voucher recently pruchased, the company had closed down! i am tired of dealing with incompetent staff at the cal centre. I spoke to a Kelly Paulus who is absolutely useless and should be removed from her job as a "supervisior"!!! in terms of the National Credit Act, Groupon cannot sit with someones money and not refund them when a company closes down!!! i spoke to another call centre person this morning, had to repeat my story again to Sisanda Hbanda... she then escalated the matter to her manager Mauricia Arendse... i am yet to see if these people will sort out the matter or give me some excuse. I am on the verge of taking this matter to the press and inform consumers not to shop with Groupon SA due to the fact that my money has not been refunded to me!!! I EXPECT A FULL REFUND PLUS THE INTEREST YOU GUY MADE OFF MY MONEY SINCE LAST YEAR NOVEMBER!!! I want proof as well that an email was sent to me when the company closed down.
