STILL NO REFUND FROM GROUPON SA

I have been struggling with Groupon SA, specifically Kelly Paulus and Marisha the team managers, to refund a voucher that I purchased in Oct 2012. After several empty promises that the refund will be completed and processed, and numerous emails with regard to my banking details, half of the amount has been refunded. I have been phoning everyday for the last 3 weeks, to find out what is taking so long. Every time it's been said that the request has been sent to the finance department, but still no money!!!

And the worst of it is that I called twice today, and every time your are 18th in line, when you get to the front of the line, they "accidentally" drop my call.

Why can't we just have normal satisfactory customer service where the company that owes you money actually assist you??? How can a company like groupon not insure that their clients are happy?
I WILL NOT USE GROUPON EVERY AGAIN!!
