I opened a business acc with FNB online, quick, easy, submitted documents, entered the delivery address..
14 Nov, sms from CCD couriers confirming they received my card. I thought great, I'll have my card before the weekend!
On 18 Nov after no other correspondence & the card not delivered I called CCD to hear whats the status.. To my surprise they said they could not deliver because they do not have my address. So I mentioned that no-one contacted me to get the address & I supplied a address upon applying for the account. I gave her the address & she stated that the delivery at the soonest will happen on the 20th. I explained that I need the card urgently, so I will pick it up at the branch. She gave me the Bloem branch address & tel. So I took off, to drive to a company that is supposed to deliver, just to hear that the card is still at Head Office!!??! They apologized took my delivery address & said they will arrange it as a matter of urgency.
20th, called Bloem to give them extra contact details.
21st, still nothing. Called & they again asked for my delivery address!!!???!! At this stage they should have my address in triplicate??
Tomorrow will be two weeks
