On 1st November 2013 I purchased a 7inch Samsung Galaxy Tab Bundle for R2999. The item was not delivered after the deal was closed. I called the call centre then they told me that there was a delay and they had to refund all the customers purchased the Samsung Galaxy Tab.

MEGAN assisted me via emails where she requested my banking details and still no refund was paid. I called the call centre and RISZQAH OLIVIER told me that she will enquire from their refunds department and she will give me a call and guess what she didn't call me back.

I called again this morning, luckily RISZQAH assisted me, I asked her about the refund she told me that the refund was done on the 2nd December 2013 and it failed, How come? Well it was difficult for her to answer that. She said she will speak to the TEAM LEADER to do the refund while I'm still holding, 5minutes later she come back and said that the refund was processed I will have to wait for 3-5workings days again, she said she will send me an emailing confirming that my refund was processed and I have not received the email from her.

If I did not receive my refund this time around then you will leave me no choice to institute legal action.
