THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST COMPANY REGARDING ASSISTANCE TO CUSTOMER CARE QUERIES.
I ORDERED TICKETS FOR A FESTIVAL - THE FIRST PAYMENT WAS MADE ON 26/07/2013 AND THE OTHER ON THE 9/07/2013 - FOR ONE SPECIFIC DATE THE 28/09/2013. I SENT AN EMAIL THROUGH TO THEM - TOOK THEM TWO FULL WEEKS TO GET BACK TO ME - AND WHEN THEY DID - THEY STILL WERE OF NO HELP - TODAY - I GOT ANOTHER EMAIL FROM THEM - I DECIDED TO CALL SPOKE TO Ganeefa Leeman WHO WAS OF NO HELP TO ME. SHE SENT ME TWO SCREEN DUMPS THAT WERE NOT CLEAR AND I HAD TO CALL AGAIN TO TALK TO HER - STILL FAILED TO ASSIST ME -I WANT A REFUND FOR BOTH MY TICKETS AS THE DELAY WAS FROM THEIR POOR SERVICE AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE-HAD THEY REPLIED BACK TO ME IN TIME I WOULD HAVE SUBMITTED/REQUESTED FOR A REFUND ASAP NOW BECAUSE THEY TAKE THEIR OWN SWEET TIME TO RESPOND TO EMAILS THEY EXPECT TO FORFEIT MY MONEY. I WANT MY MONYEY - REFUND ME ASAP -BECAUSE YOU HAVE FAILED ME ONCE AGAIN.GET MORE AGENTS IF YOU ARE NOT COPING WITH THE VOLUMES - COZ THIS IS DISGUSTING SERVICE.
