Groupon's Pathetic/Lack off Service

I have tried on various occasions to get through to Groupon telephonically, but in vain.below is the voucher numbers:

0010090U9E, 00101454LK, 0010193BNS, 0010232EWT, 0010138RG1

The above vouchers were purchased with the intention of using them to entertain my guests from Gauteng & London who were here in December. We would not have purchased them otherwise, because we do not play golf between Sunday and Friday, unless we are on leave.

It was most embarrassing for us when we arrived at the course to be told that the vouchers were not valid for use on 28 December, despite my pointing out to the gentleman (lall) that this was not stipulated on the voucher. I also advised him that when the booking was made with Jasper, It was indicated that we would be using the groupon vouchers & he confirmed that it was acceptable

To save embarrassment in front of my guests, I agreed to pay for the game which cost me R140 per person, which I had not budgeted to spend, as I had already paid for the vouchers that were R80 per person.

We kindly request that we be refunded the full amount of the game

In excess of 20 emails have been sent to Groupon but To Date, This remains UNRESOLVED BY GROUPON!!!
