A Groupon restaurant voucher purchased in January 2013 suddenly appeared to have been used and, when queried, Nazley replied indicating that I should advise if I wished to obtain a refund which I duly indicated.
Since then, the query has remained unanswered. Emailing Groupon, logging further queries on their support desk system, having to reopen queries logged (as they keep on deeming them resolved) is a fruitless exercise.
When calling their call centre, I received an email from one Lunga Mateta who advised she would ensure it is resolved and email me indicating I should not respond to the email as it would close the service request. That was 3 weeks ago.
Seriously Groupon SA, do you ever get service issues resolved as this is not the first time.
Maybe somebody will call me if I log it on Hello Pete
