I'd say that 30% of products or servies i've bought through them have either not arrived or been unsatisfactory. I know Groupon may not be liable for the level or standard of services one buys, but they are responsible for supplying items one purchases through their site's offers. I never received thigns and had to call up to find out what happened, only to hear an apology and that there was a up in the order! Meanwhile, they had obviously held onto my money without reimbursing me automatically as tGroupon's customer service line is normally so backed up it requires a 1 hr minimum waiting period on the phone, costing me money I shouldn;t have to spend on calls. In fact, I've often given up or had to hung up for various logical reasons and this means starting all over again, spending double the time to be answered. Then, when they do answer, they're very nice, and say that I'll receive an email from the department later on about the claim, but nothing comes. I am beyond disappointed now and quite livid. Making people pay for something has turned out to be more of a headache and burnt a hole in my pocket. I'm really unhappy about the system and customer service standards
