Terrible service

I sent through a quote 2 April at 9h26am to Kirwin. No response, so i mailed sales. received an automated response that the quote takes 24hrs. I waited the 24hours and mailed again. No response, so i called. Was promised at 14h00 that i would receive one shortly. at 16h00 called again, promised again, but again nothing. Called at 16h50, spoke to a manager would said i would receive it before he left. I gave him 10 minutes. Called again, and phone was on voicemail. Is this how you do business???
