Went to L'Ongle Spa on 15 June 2013, for tips. Advised nail technician that my nail-beds were badly damaged and that I would appreciate her assistance in trying to cover it up somehow, i.e. nail polish/pink acrylic, whatever. Snapped my head off! Became a bit friendlier towards the end. Went for a fill last week - nails were filed completely scew! Sat outside store fixing it and then realised that my nails weren't even shining and that you could clearly see the lines of the nail file on top! Went back and was given attitude by both the lady working in reception as well as they nail technician. I waited about 10-15 minutes before the nail technician returned to complete the job, no apology, of course... So she rushed it off and the top coat started peeling off the very next day... What a waste of money! I especially went there as I read an interview with the owner in a magazine. They won't see me again!
