Shocking Service Received at Parkview

I had a nail appointment at a nail technician at Martinez Hair & Nail Studio (Parkview Shopping Mall Center). Firstly the nail technician had no nail tips to suit my size she had to use big ones and file them down to suit my fingers. I started off with one nail technician then after an hour into my appointment another technician started with me second had. This has resulted in my hands looking different from one another as the nail technician had different techniques and styles. I was at the studio for 3 hours and had o pay R350.00 for a full set of nails that look completely different and had to sit there for three hours. This is so unprofessional.
